FREE SHIPPING OVER $99 OFFER:

CUTE KID STUFF offers FREE shipping ("credit" up to $20) to all Canadian provinces and 48 Contiguous States on all orders over $99 (prior to tax and any shipping charges displayed). In most cases, the calculation is based on the subtotal displayed, UNLESS a discount code was applied (in which case the calculation is based on the subtotal minus the discount).

Example:

Subtotal [$102.89] minus [$10 discount] = $92.89.  In this case, shipping was charged because the final subtotal is <$99. Add $6.12 to take advantage of the free shipping offer (system will update automatically).

If you qualify for free shipping but the cost to ship is over $20 (e.g. very remote locations), we may come back to you for the difference, at our discretion. If you prefer to not pay the additional shipping charge (the difference), you are welcome to get your order refunded in full.

Real-time shipping quotes saves you money! Simply place your items in your cart, and the shipping rate with be calculated based on the size/weight of your order and the destination.  

When your order ships, you will receive an email from CUTE KID STUFF that includes a hyperlink to the Canada Post tracking information for your shipment.

• When your order is ready, you will receive a notification containing the exact address. 
• Your order will be waiting for you in a box on the porch; you are welcome to pick up 24/7.
  
  

DELIVERY STANDARDS:

In-stock items will leave our warehouse within one business day.

Once a shipment is received by Canada Post, it is expected to arrive at its destination according to the following schedule: 

• GTA: 1 business day
• Ontario: 2-3 business days 
• Quebec, Manitoba: 3-4 business days 
• Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick: 4-5 business days 
• Alberta, British Columbia, PEI, Newfoundland: 5-7 business days 
• The rest of Canada & remote locations: 8-15 business days
