Easy Refunds/Store Credits & Returns

Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! While we do our best to offer the very best images, descriptions and videos around, we understand that sometimes buying online is not the same as seeing and touching an item in person.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 30 days of the sale date as detailed below. We ask that the product be in the same condition you received it (unused), and in the original undamaged box and/or packaging with all warranties, instructions, and/or other documentation intact.

If you wish to return items that were purchased on sale, we will issue a store credit in the form of an electronic credit. Only regular priced items may be refunded.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

Please contact us prior to returning any product. Failure to do so may result in our inability to accept the item and refund according to our policy.

ONCE WE HAVE APPROVED YOUR RETURN, please pack the item and include the original packing slip. You can use the original box the item was shipped in if the size is appropriate. Please send the item to the following address:

HOW WILL MY REFUND OR STORE CREDIT BE CALCULATED?

Your refund will be calculated based on the price paid minus any coupons, shipping charges, and gift wrapping fees if applicable. Additionally, if the merchandise returned causes the original order subtotal to fall below the threshold of a free shipping promotion, applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

WHEN/HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND OR STORE CREDIT?

You will receive a refund or store credit within 5 business days of receipt of your returned merchandise.

Refunds: We will issue a full refund to the credit card used at purchase. If for some reason we cannot issue a refund to the credit card used at purchase, we will send a check to the purchaser at the billing address provided at purchase.

Store Credits: We will issue a store credit that can be used on a future purchase at CuteKidStuff.com
