If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 30 days of the sale date as detailed below. We ask that the product be in the same condition you received it (unused), and in the original undamaged box and/or packaging with all warranties, instructions, and/or other documentation intact.
If you wish to return items that were purchased on sale, we will issue a store credit in the form of an electronic credit. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Please contact us prior to returning any product. Failure to do so may result in our inability to accept the item and refund according to our policy.

Your refund will be calculated based on the price paid minus any coupons, shipping charges, and gift wrapping fees if applicable. Additionally, if the merchandise returned causes the original order subtotal to fall below the threshold of a free shipping promotion, applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
You will receive a refund or store credit within 5 business days of receipt of your returned merchandise.
Refunds: We will issue a full refund to the credit card used at purchase. If for some reason we cannot issue a refund to the credit card used at purchase, we will send a check to the purchaser at the billing address provided at purchase.
Store Credits: We will issue a store credit that can be used on a future purchase at CuteKidStuff.com
