Canada Post Service Disruption
There is a very strong possibility that Canada Post will stop operations as early as July 5, 2016 due to being unable to reach agreement on labour negotiations (resulting in a strike).
Because we use Canada Post to ship all of our orders, we would like you to make note of the following:
1. If you live, work, or are visiting the Greater Toronto Area, we encourage you to use our FREE PICKUP option in Vaughan. This option can be selected in the shipping section when checking out:
For more information about our FREE PICKUP OPTION, please click here.
2. The "EXPEDITED PARCEL" option (generally the cheapest option) in our shipping section is the CANADA POST option that is subject to disruption. Please note that if you select this option, your package will be delivered when the strike is over:
3. We have updated our shipping options to include UPS. While pricier, this courier is not affected by the strike. Options include: UPS Standard, UPS Expedited and UPS Next Day Air Saver (1 business day):
4. The "FREE SHIPPING OVER $99" option is a CANADA POST option and is subject to the restraints of the pending Strike. If you select this option, your package will be delivered when the strike is over:
Thank you for your patience as we await the outcome of this Service Disruption.
